Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and mentorship for 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with eventual placement into a fixed student-home. Relocation to Hershey, PA, with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance for both spouses.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Desire to live on campus and work with youth
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
