House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents share a full-time, two-person role living in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, coordinating daily routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and managing budgeting and household reporting. The position begins with a nine-day-on, three-days-off schedule and transitions to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided with comprehensive benefits, including health/dental/vision, retirement options, paid time off, and relocation training. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a demonstrated commitment to youth development in a structured, family-like residential setting.
