Job Summary
Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students, providing mentorship, administering medications, coordinating transportation and activities, leading daily devotions and weekend chapel, and handling budgeting and reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in the same home. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA and comprehensive benefits; relocation assistance and paid training provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses must complete individual applications; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the home; valid U.S. driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; no alcohol on duty; smoke-free and weapon-free campus; fish and one dog allowed; capable of lifting 50 lbs.
