Job Summary
Seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on a campus-based residence for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and scheduling, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like living environment. The role begins with a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed Houseparent in the same student home. Requires on-campus relocation to Hershey, PA and living with students in a home setting; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
