House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents - Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes to provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role initially follows a nine-on / three-off duty cycle and later transitions to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided, with comprehensive benefits and paid training.
