Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The position starts with a nine-on/three-off cycle and can transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
