House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents (Full-time Flex Houseparents) at Milton Hershey School provide on-campus care, supervision, and guidance to groups of 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, facilitating daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting/household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple homes and can transition into a Placed Houseparent role with the same students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. The position is a two-person, married-couple role with relocation support and comprehensive benefits; both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
