House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School. Married couples reside on campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and support multiple homes before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; eligible for relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses be 27 or older; the role is a two-person, on-campus position with on-site living and responsibilities centered on student welfare and development.
