Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents needed to reside on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, medication administration, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, married couple
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
