House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine-on/three-off duty to a fixed student home placement. Requires a two-person married couple, both aged 27+, with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to the Frederick County, MD area with relocation assistance provided. Experience with youth, strong integrity, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus are needed; the role involves living on-campus and providing care for a group of students in a family-like environment.
