Job Summary
House Parents for couples to reside on-campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Full-time Flex Houseparents provide care, supervision, and guidance to a group of ~813 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a placed Houseparent role over time. Requires two-year married status for both spouses, ages 27+, valid driver license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and completion of individual applications by both spouses.
