House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School located on-campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing household budgeting and reporting. Initially rotating through multiple student homes with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, the position evolves into a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
