House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students. They provide care, supervision of daily routines and student schedules, administer medications, and drive students to activities. They plan and actively engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. They oversee budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off work cycle and progresses to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students in their own home. The position requires a legally married couple, both spouses at least 27 years old, and a high school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s licenses and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.
