House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially, nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transition to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students in their own home. Relocation assistance included; benefits cover medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older. The role emphasizes a structured, family-like environment and serving as role models for students.
