House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents (Full-time Flex Houseparents) reside on campus in a two-person role to care for 8–13 students in a single home. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. The role involves budgeting and generating household reports, with an initial nine-days-on to three-days-off schedule and progression to a placed houseparent with the same student group.
