Job Summary
House Parents (Full-time Flex Houseparents) reside on campus in a two-person role to care for 8–13 students in a single home. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. The role involves budgeting and generating household reports, with an initial nine-days-on to three-days-off schedule and progression to a placed houseparent with the same student group. Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 per couple), relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, retirement options, paid time off, and training. Requirements include education at the high school diploma or GED level, a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to drive student vans, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and alcohol-free duty.
