House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA. Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on-campus in student homes, supervising and guiding 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and following a nine-days-on / three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent with the same group of students. Benefits include annual salary per person around $44,768 plus housing, meals, utilities, and comprehensive benefits, plus relocation assistance and paid training. Qualifications require youth-experience, a two-year married couple minimum, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort leading devotional activities in a Judeo-Christian context with Chapel attendance (proselytizing not allowed). This is a two-person, full-time role on a smoke-free, weapon-free campus.
