House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside on an on-campus student home in Hershey, PA, and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role initially covers multiple student homes on a rotating nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and will transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, life and disability options, retirement savings, and paid time off. Requires experience with youth, a two-spouse couple who are legally married for at least two years, age 27+, and compliance with campus policies (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol on duty; pet limits; valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lbs).
