House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents (two-person, married couple) to live on-campus in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students in an on-site student home. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a Placed Houseparent role. Salary $44,768 per person (approx. $168k total per couple with housing/benefits). Relocation assistance and paid training provided. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, commit to a smoke-free/weapon-free campus, and have a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or GED required; ability to lift 50 lbs. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
