House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a consistent home. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with relocation assistance provided and benefits included. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, both spouses aged 27 or older, and a valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; compliance with a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and no alcohol on duty; two-person, married-couple arrangement for consideration.
