House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married-couple role needed as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 813 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on/three-off schedule across multiple homes and eventually transitions into a Placed Houseparent position living and working with the same student group. Applicants must be a legally married two-person couple, both spouses 27+, with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA on-campus housing.
