Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School for married couples to reside in on-campus student homes with 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning engaging developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and transitions to a Placed Houseparent within the same student home; relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

- Couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
