Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two married individuals) reside in on-campus student homes in Casper, WY, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins as a nine-on/three-off schedule and may transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, being legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate with relocation assistance provided. Salary $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple with benefits), plus comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement, PTO, and training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years married for both spouses
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Able to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
