House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition into a placed houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Requires experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; two spouses must be legally married for at least two years and both must be age 27 or older.
