Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes, supervising and mentoring a group of ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, guiding routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group in their own home. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and relocation assistance. Must be married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and able to lift up to 50 lbs; requires high school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license with potential certification to drive student vans.
