Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes, supervising 8–13 students and providing care, guidance, supervision, and development opportunities. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with relocation to Hershey, PA and on-campus housing benefits. Must be a legally married couple, both spouses aged 27+, with a high school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lbs; compliance with campus safety rules. Required Qualifications

- Two-spouse two-year marriage requirement
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older

- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Sunday Chapel services
