House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School (Hershey/Somerset, PA) live in on-campus student homes and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and eventual placement into a consistent home with the same student group. Schedule initially runs nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role in the same student home. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; comprehensive benefits offered. Salary is $46,917 per person (roughly $180,000 total compensation per couple with housing and meals). Two-spouse, married-for-at-least-two-years requirement; both spouses must be age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty; pet restrictions apply.
