Job Summary
Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents needed to reside on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, and mentorship for a group of 8–13 students. Roles include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading devotions and Chapel visits, budgeting and reporting, and supporting students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Schedule: nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student home.
