Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting. Work schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home as a placed Houseparent. Benefits include relocation assistance, medical/dental/vision, retirement options, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
