House Parents (Full-time Flex) live on campus in student homes in Hershey, PA, for a two-person married-couple team. They supervise and mentor approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive and accompany students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and support multiple student homes before transitioning to a placement in a single home. The role emphasizes a family-like, structured environment with a nine-on/three-off duty schedule, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and on-site housing. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Both spouses must apply individually and be legally married for at least two years. On-campus housing, meals while on duty, and benefits are included; salary is $46,917 per person (approximately $180,000 total per couple).
