Job Summary
Couples reside on-campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition from a Flex Houseparent to a placed Houseparent role. The position requires two spouses who are legally married for at least two years, both at least 27 years old, with a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
