House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married-couple role for Milton Hershey School as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Live on-campus in student homes to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support, including administering medications, coordinating daily routines, driving students to activities, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting, and reporting. Initially 9 days on duty followed by 3 days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and housing. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and the couple’s mutual commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must apply and be aged 27 or older.
