Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in Hershey, PA to care for a group of 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, development of a structured home routine, and leadership in devotions and Chapel attendance. Initially rotating through multiple student homes on a nine-on, three-off schedule, with eventual placement in a single student home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Legally married for at least two years (two-person role)
- Both spouses age 27 or older
