Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. The two spouses collaboratively manage daily supervision, household routines, medications administration, transportation to activities, and developmentally engaging activities. They lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse two-year marriage
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
Additional Requirements
- Legally married for at least two years
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- No alcohol on duty
- Laboratory or weapon-free campus
- Two-person role for couples
