House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents (Full-time Flex Houseparents) at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. A two-person, married-couple role where both spouses reside in on-campus student homes, provide care for a group of 8–13 students, supervise daily routines, mentor students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from nine days on/three days off to a placed houseparent arrangement. Eligible applicants must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27 or older, possess a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift 50 lbs. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO. This is a full-time role funded per person at $46,917 annually, with total compensation around $180,000 per couple and on-campus housing and meals included.
