Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule across multiple student homes and can transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students in their own home. Compensation is per person with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
