House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time flex houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students daily, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students.
