Job Summary
Two-person married couple sought as Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside on campus in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and adapting to a nine-on, three-off duty cycle with eventual placement in a consistent student-home role. Requires on-campus residence, clearances for driving student transport, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; relocation assistance and paid training are provided. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year two-spouse requirement
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and chapel services
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Experience with youth preferred
