House Parents (Flex Houseparents) for Milton Hershey School are full-time positions for married couples living in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship and daily routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and manage budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on/three-off cycle, then transitions to a Placed Houseparent assignment living with the same group of students.
