Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles for married couples to live in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, providing supervision, mentorship, and care for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-on/two-off duty blocks to a placed houseparent assignment with a consistent student home. Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
