Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents for on-campus student homes. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring approximately 8–13 students, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and coordinating a nine days-on, three days-off cycle with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires relocation to Hershey, PA, a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and alcohol-free campus. The position emphasizes a two-person, married-couple setup with full benefits and relocation support.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
