Job Summary
House Parents (Full-time Flex) reside on-campus in student homes in Hershey/Bexley area to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, plan activities, lead devotions and Sunday Chapel, manage household routines and budgeting, and transport students to activities. The role is a two-person, married-couple position with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle, eventually transitioning to a placed Houseparent living with the same group. Benefits include salary per person around $46,917 (≈$180,000 per couple total compensation), relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and training. Requires high school diploma or GED, driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke- and alcohol-free campus; both spouses must apply separately and be at least 27 years old.

- Experience working or volunteering with youth

- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
