House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School provide on-campus care, supervision, and guidance for a group of approximately 8–13 students. The two-person couple resides in a student home, manages daily routines, administers medications, drives students to activities, plans and participates in developmental and recreational activities, leads daily devotions, and oversees budgeting and household reporting. Initially supporting multiple homes on a nine-on, three-off schedule, they will transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students.
