Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and rotate nine days on/three days off before transitioning to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires a legally married couple for consideration, age 27+, and a high school diploma or GED. Relocation assistance provided. Salary per person is $46,917 with comprehensive benefits and housing included.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
