Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples living on Milton Hershey School campus to supervise and guide groups of 8–13 students, provide care, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions, and participate in Sunday Chapel. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be 27 or older. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent role. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; generous benefits and housing included.
