Job Summary
House Parents provide full-time supervision and mentorship for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. The role starts in a Flex Houseparent position with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transitions to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. The position requires a two-person, married-couple setup, relocation to Hershey, PA (housed on campus in Deltona, FL per posting), and offers comprehensive benefits, including relocation assistance. Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; ability to serve as role models
