Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent couple to reside on campus in Dickens, TX, overseeing a group of 8–13 students, supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, and managing household budgeting/reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years (both spouses aged 27+). Relocation assistance provided; comprehensive benefits available.
Required Qualifications

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Legally married for at least two years
- Two spouses aged 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No alcohol on duty
- Proficiency in supervising and mentoring youth
- Experience with youth preferred
- Ability to drive student vans
- Comfort leading devotions and chapel services
