Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in a student-home setting, pair-based living arrangement for a group of 8–13 students, with duties including supervision, mentorship, routines, medication administration, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental activities, daily devotions, and budgeting/reporting. The role transitions from nine days on / three days off to a stable Placed Houseparent assignment, with relocation supported and comprehensive benefits provided. Requires a legally married couple, both applying individually, with at least a two-year marriage, age 27+, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Home environment emphasizes Judeo-Christian services and a drug- and alcohol-free campus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement for the role
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
