House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents - Flex, on-campus, full-time role for a married couple at Milton Hershey School. Provide supervision, mentorship, and guidance to groups of 8–13 students in a residential setting, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Start with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same student group in their own home. Benefits include salary per person (~$44,768) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; two-year marriage minimum for both spouses and age 27+.
