House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple required to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. The roles involve residing in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and guidance for groups of 8–13 students; responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting; schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living/working with the same group of students; relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive benefits are provided; qualifications include prior experience with youth, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, valid U.S. driver’s license, no alcohol on duty, smoke-free campus, age 27+, and both spouses must complete individual applications.
