House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents at Milton Hershey School are a two-person, full-time, on-campus role for legally married couples. They reside in student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance to a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, and plan developmental and recreational activities. The role includes leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and initially working a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning into a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students.
